Shipping Policy
- All orders are dispatched via a third-party courier service.
- The usual delivery time is 4–7 days once dispatched; it may differ according to the destination and ongoing conditions.
- Do not accept the package if the seal is broken — contact us immediately via email regarding the same.
- Products are usually dispatched within 2 days of receiving an order; in some cases there will be a delay depending on the availability of raw materials, etc.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled in transit.
- If the order is refused by the customer without any proper reason, no refund will be issued.
- In some cases there will be a delay in delivering products — there will be a total of three attempts made for a shipment delivery.
